Since 1989, Mr. Walker has provided management, consultation, and design services for a wide range of chemical, environmental, civil, and fire protection projects within a multi-discipline engineering firm. Mr. Walker provides high quality “hard” process design, waste treatment, fuel storage/dispense, tool fit-up and hook-up design services, environmental/permitting services, chemical process engineering design services and fire protection engineering services to the Silicon Valley area, the San Francisco Bay area and the Monterey Bay area.
His project experience includes higher education facilities, semiconductor, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, specialty chemicals, agricultural and food processing design projects. Jim and his team provide construction administration services, environmental investigations including working with city and county regulatory agencies, conceptual design, and hard design, preparation of scope, schedule and budget reports, preparation of proposals, client marketing, and supervision of staff engineers.
